Delivery times

If all the products in your purchase are labeled "Ready to Ship" and:

  • Your purchase was made before 10:00am from Monday to Friday: it will be shipped the same day.
  • Your purchase was made after 10:00am from Monday to Friday: it will be shipped the next business day.
  • Your purchase was made on Saturday, Sunday or holidays: it is shipped the next business day.

Delivery times when all the products in your purchase have a label "Ready to Ship" are generally:

  • Metropolitan Region: between 2 to 72 hours (business days)
  • Other regions: between 4 to 8 days (business days)
  • Extreme regions: up to 15 business days
  • Rest of the world: up to 25 days (business days)

If you selected the "Express Shipping" option and:

  • Your purchase was made before 6:00pm: it is shipped the same day.
  • Your purchase was made after 6:00pm: it is shipped the next day.
    If any of the products in your purchase do not have the "Ready to Ship" or "Express Shipping" label , delivery times are generally: 
    • Metropolitan Region: 5 to 10 days (business days)
    • Regions: 10 to 14 days (business days)
    • Extreme regions: 12 to 19 business days
    • Rest of the world: up to 25 days (business days)

    If you have opted for “Pick up in store” When making your purchase, you can go pick up your products as long as you have received the confirmation email and/or SMS (it can be up to 4 business days after the purchase).

    *The maximum period to pick up your product in store is 14 calendar days from the withdrawal notification. After the deadline, the order will be cancelled and the purchased products will be returned to the store's stock.*

    Yeah If any of your products have a "Pre-Order" label , the shipping date listed in the description of that product will be the date on which the entire order will be shipped.

    In most cases, transport companies comply with the deadlines detailed in the table. However, there may be certain delays which are part of their operation and are beyond our responsibility. In these cases, as a company we will do everything in our power to ensure that the delay is as short as possible and that the problem that exists is resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
